WIP Wednesday - Quilty 365

This past week, I have been making circles (they are kinda squared actually) ...
I joined the Quilty 365, it's a fun Quilt-A-Long hosted by Audrey at Quilty Folk. You can read all about it HERE.

For the next year, every day, I will be choosing a piece of fabric on the spur of the moment and make one of these blocks. It's going to be interesting to see how this project turns out.

I picked red as my main color for the background ... Red is a neutral, right??
According to Quilter Freddy Moran, it is ... :-)

Looking forward to see what everyone else will be doing.

Party Up this week with:

  14. Red is a wonderful background, uh... I mean "neutral" Maryse! These blocks look great! I love Freddy Moran. :)
It would be tricky for me to have the stick-with-it-ness needed to do a block a day, but I'm going to check out the link you shared.

  17. Red is a great choice of background for these circles. It looks great with the circle fabrics you have selected. I am doing this project too and chose boring neutrals.

  19. Hi there,
East Yorkshire UK here and I am coming ate to Audreys circles. I'm rarely on schedule for tasks I set myself, although on the button with work things, odd that!
I'm using my stash of scraps and may well keep to neutral backgrounds but think I will throw in some curve ball squares too.
Not exactly planning ahead, but wont be able to make one every day and actually don't fancy placing each days in sequence?
Mind you I will number them so can decide on layout later.
I'm following you by email and several of the others taking part too. Will be really interesting to watch what takes place aongst everyone.
